Peanut M&M's

I am a football fan! And I LOVE the Patriots. Yes, I am watching the game as I type this and I am not a happy camper.
I have always liked football but never really got to know all the ins and outs of the game. Until this year. I joined on of those fantasy football leagues and I will brag that I came in second in my league. (Brian came in first in his, but he has been doing this for years.) So i think I have the better bragging rights since it was my first go around. This has been a great learning experience for me.
So I was inspired. Check one off the bucket list. Not that being on a fantasy league was on my bucket list but that learning something new was.
I think we should seize the opportunity to learn something new everyday. Sometimes it just doesn't reach out and grab you. And sometimes it doesn't have to be anything major.
What did I learn new today? I learned that the 1956 movie Davy Crockett and the River Pirates was filmed at Cave In Rock. See, it doesn't have to be anything major.
I also learned that I don't have to eat peanut M&M's while watching the game. Since I had the stomach bug nothing seems good. So this weekend I have passed up on peanut butter pie, Friday nite Mexican food, anything on Saturday, peanut M&M's, fun-dip and peanut M&M's. All in my quest to eat better (and not feeling well helps).
